Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Vozduhan Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") and any individual or corporate entity ("Customer", "you") accessing the Vozduhan Client daemon, binary distributions, or hosted coordination endpoints at vozduhanclient.space.

1. Acceptance & Authorization

By downloading, compiling, or executing the Vozduhan Client binary or registering an account on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent an organization, you certify that you have the corporate authority to bind your entity to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use and Agent Deployment

Vozduhan grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to deploy the Vozduhan Client daemon across your physical servers, virtual machines, and container clusters. You agree not to reverse-engineer, circumvent authentication tokens, or subject our telemetry intake endpoints to distributed denial-of-service attempts.

3. Service Availability & SLA

We maintain an operational goal of 99.9% uptime for cloud ingestion APIs on our Production and Enterprise subscription tiers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via our developer status page at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Enterprise Data Integrity

Customer retains all ownership, rights, and title to telemetry transmitted by deployed clients. We maintain rigorous transport encryption standards and do not inspect application memory buffers or internal transaction data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vozduhan Technologies Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from network outages or hardware failure.
