Privacy Policy
Vozduhan Technologies Inc. ("Vozduhan", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Vozduhan Client daemon, cloud telemetry coordination platform, and the website located at vozduhanclient.space. This Privacy Policy outlines our standards for collecting, processing, and safeguarding technical data collected through our software and web services.
1. The Zero-Intrusion Principle
The Vozduhan Client is architected as a weightless system daemon. By design, the open agent inspects kernel counters, eBPF socket events, and host memory metrics. It does not inspect, parse, or transmit proprietary application payloads, customer database records, or private keys.
2. Data Collected Through Our Services
We process the following categories of information:
- Account Credentials: Corporate email address, organization identifier, and public authentication keys when registering for the Vozduhan Cloud Console.
- Host Telemetry: Machine hostname, CPU model, core topology, kernel version, memory utilization percentages, and aggregate network byte throughput.
- Diagnostic Events: Error stacks and daemon heartbeat timestamps sent to verify agent liveness.
3. Purpose of Processing
All data processed by Vozduhan is utilized strictly to:
- Render infrastructure dashboards and metric charts for your authenticated team members.
- Route automated threshold alerts to your designated incident management endpoints.
- Maintain software security, prevent credential abuse, and monitor API rate limits.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not monetize, sell, or rent user data. Information is shared only with verified infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (such as encrypted data storage and secure mail delivery).
5. Security and Retention
All telemetry in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with AES-256-GCM. System performance metrics are retained on a rolling 30-day retention schedule unless an extended enterprise retention agreement is executed.
6. Contact & Data Rights
To exercise access, rectification, or deletion rights under GDPR or CCPA regulations, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
